1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to Get Your Helper. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or requesting home services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our platform immediately. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Get Your Helper.

2. SERVICES OVERVIEW

Get Your Helper operates as a tech-enabled platform that connects customers with independent local service professionals (helpers, technicians, cleaners, etc.).

• Service Fulfillment: The actual services are delivered by background-verified third-party service professionals.
• Platform Role: Get Your Helper facilitates service discovery, scheduling, payment aggregation, and customer assistance.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & ELIGIBILITY

To access service bookings, you must create a registered account on our platform:

• You must be at least 18 years old to register and request services.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated contact and location details.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials and OTPs.

4. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION

All service pricing, booking terms, and payment guidelines are governed as follows:

• Pricing: Service rates are visible prior to booking confirmation and may vary based on scope, location, or urgency.
• Payments: Payments can be completed online via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or cash on delivery where applicable.
• Cancellation Fee: Free cancellation is allowed up to a specified window before service arrival. Late cancellations may incur a nominal fee.

5. USER CODE OF CONDUCT

You agree to provide a safe, respectful, and reasonable working environment for the assigned service professional at your premises. Any harassment, misconduct, or refusal of legitimate payment will result in immediate suspension of account services.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Get Your Helper strives to connect you with high-quality professionals. However, Get Your Helper shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party service delivery beyond our reasonable scope of inspection and control.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All brand assets, logos, design code, text content, and application software associated with Get Your Helper are the exclusive property of Get Your Helper and protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
